Open Settings ⚙️ → Account → Export my data. You get a JSON file with all your projects, tasks, sessions and preferences.

Open Settings ⚙️ → Account → Delete account. You'll be asked to re-authenticate and type DELETE to confirm. The action is immediate and irreversible. If you can't sign in, see /delete-account.
