Delete your account and data

You have the right to request deletion of your FitDevotion Pomodoro account at any time. Below is exactly what happens, and two ways to request it.

What gets deleted

  • Your Firebase Authentication account (Google sign-in link is severed).
  • All your projects, Kanban columns, tasks and links stored under users/{your-uid}/* in Firestore.
  • All your focus session logs and daily summary aggregates.
  • Your stored preferences (theme, language, active task).

Aggregated, anonymous analytics events (if you consented) cannot be tied to you and may be retained.

Option A — Self-service (recommended, instant)

  1. Sign in at pomodoro.fitdevotion.com.
  2. Open the gear ⚙️ → Account.
  3. Click "Delete account". You will be asked to confirm by typing DELETE and to re-authenticate with Google for safety.
  4. All your data is removed within seconds.

Option B — By e-mail (if you cannot sign in)

Send a message to [email protected] from the Google e-mail associated with your account. We will action the deletion within 30 days (usually within 5 working days) and reply confirming completion.
